The 麻豆精品在线播放 chapter of the American Association for Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) strives to provide employees with a space that encourages collegiality, collaboration, innovation, service, and professional and personal enrichment. The chapter is governed by bylaws (pdf) and will accomplish the following:  

  • Support the College鈥檚 strategic priority of providing pathways to institutional excellence and the specific strategy of 鈥淸promoting] employee excellence and retention by investing in our full-time and part-time employees, ensuring that all employees are supported as they exceed expectations identified within the College鈥檚 Core Values";  
     
  • Position 麻豆精品在线播放 as an institution that supports the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) through representation and contributions of employee talent and commitment; and 
     
  • Demonstrate 麻豆精品在线播放鈥檚 commitment to equity and inclusion.
