Strategic Goals
In alignment, with the 麻豆精品在线播放nical Community College Strategic Plan, the 麻豆精品在线播放 Foundation will support the College in achieving the following two goals by 2026:
- Progressively and equitably increase the number of students completing in-demand credentials and training with goals to reach or exceed a 60% completion rate. Completion rate is the percentage (average) of first-time fall credential-seeking students who graduate, transfer, or are enrolled during the fourth academic year. Methodology for determining completion rates for non-credit programs will be determined.
- Demonstrate positive economic impact within the College鈥檚 service area by achieving an 80% job placement rate with earnings that meet or exceed median earnings within the field by expanding and strengthening partnerships with educational providers (PreK - grade16), community-based organizations, and industry sectors within Durham and Orange counties.
Priorities
- Align investments with the College鈥檚 four Strategic Priorities Pathways (Pathways to Academic Excellence, Student Success, Living Wages and Economic Mobility, and Institutional Excellence).
- Expand partnerships and financial resources available to support the College鈥檚 four Pathways.
- Bolster Foundation capacity to forge bold partnerships and secure significant investments in the College.
- Broaden awareness and visibility of the College鈥檚 impact on students and the community.
